1. Create your brand
Sign up free in the web app or the Android app and add the business you want feedback for. You can add as many brands as you like — handy if you run more than one location or business. Optionally add your website, logo and a button colour so your forms look like yours.
2. Describe what you want to find out
Create a feedback goal and describe it in plain words: "How was your visit today?", "What do people think of our new autumn menu?" or "How useful was today's workshop?". Choose a length:
- Short — 2–3 questions, for a quick check at the till or table.
- Standard — 3–6 questions, a good default.
- Detailed — 7–10 questions, for events, courses or deeper research.
If you've added a website, the AI reads it for context so its questions fit what you actually do.
3. Let AI write the form — then make it yours
In seconds you get a suggested form mixing 1–5 star ratings, single or multiple-choice questions and open text questions. Nothing goes live until you say so: reword, add or delete questions, and set the title your customers see, a welcome message and a thank-you message. Buttons and system messages on the form can be shown in English, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.
4. Publish and share
Every published form gets:
- a QR code you can download and print on receipts, table cards, menus, posters, packaging or the last slide of a presentation;
- a short link for emails, texts, social posts or booking confirmations;
- an embed code to show the form directly on your own website.
The people answering don't need an app or an account — they scan, answer and submit on their phone. If a form starts attracting spam, switch on CAPTCHA protection for that form. You can pause a form at any time.
5. Read the results
Responses appear in the app straight away. Each question is summarised — rating averages, how many people picked each option, and every written answer — and you can filter by form or export to CSV.
With Pro, AI response insights read all your responses and give you a short summary naming the most important issue to fix first, plus the recurring themes: how many people raised each one, a real example quote and a suggested action. It only reports themes that genuinely recur, not one-off comments.
6. See what people say elsewhere
Not everyone fills in a form. Online mention tracking searches the web for what's being said about your brand, summarises the overall sentiment and keeps a history so you can see whether it's improving.
